We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to
join our Sales and Marketing (S&M) team at our London office.
This busy role primarily supports two Directors and the
wider S&M management team. It requires a highly organised and proactive
individual who enjoys a variety of tasks, and is interested in supporting and
learning about BD, marketing and comms functions. This includes employee
communications, social media, advertising, sponsorships and client events.
It is a team that requires creativity, professionalism,
dynamism and strong interpersonal/relationship skills.
Responsibilities
PA Support:
- Proactively support the two Directors, understanding their
and their teams' needs.
- Manage diaries, set up meetings, book meeting rooms, and
identify/book venues for lunches and dinners.
- Soliciting contributions for team meeting agendas,
recording minutes, following up on actions.
- Book travel and hotel accommodation.
- Complete expense reclaim forms and process invoices for
payment.
- Create and format documents.
Team Support:
- Assist the broader team with offsites and social events.
- Keep Outlook distribution lists, organisational charts, and
intranet pages up to date.
- Assist with the onboarding of new joiners.
- Help implement new processes for the S&M team to ensure
smooth department operations.
- Support the budgeting process and manage budgets throughout
the year.
- Assist with the CRD programme by developing relationship
maps, attending monthly account team meetings, taking minutes, generating
reports from systems, and updating internet client pages.
- Support initiatives and marketing events.
- Keep intranet pages up to date.
- Run and share reports.
- Compile information for newsletters.
- Update details on InterAction (marketing database),
including contact updates and activities.
