We
have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our
supportive and friendly team. This role will be based in our Bristol office on
a hybrid working basis.
People

respected for the central and strategic role it plays in making Osborne Clarke
a great place to work. The team is made up of fourteen people, covering
recruitment at all levels across our three UK offices. We focus on attracting
the best talent to the firm and work closely with the wider HR team to help
ensure Osborne Clarke's continued growth and success.
What you'll do:
Reporting
to one of our Recruitment Managers you will provide support to our Onboarding
and Graduate team on a variety of administrative tasks.
Key
responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for
queries from new joiners and internal stakeholders
- Standard administration
practices for new joiner set ups
- Supporting onboarding project
related work
- Carrying out right to work
checks
- Monitoring background
screenings for all new joiners, flagging and queries and discrepancies
with the team
- Ensuring all documentation is
received for each new joiner to facilitate practices within payroll.
- Working
with the Graduate Recruitment team at peak periods to provide general
administrative support
What we're looking for:
We
are seeking a candidate who has gained experience working in a
Recruitment/Resourcing administration or support role. This may have been
gained in an internal Recruitment or HR team, or within an agency environment.
In addition to this we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the
following:
- Exceptional levels of attention
to detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy in your work
- Excellent organisation skills
and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
- A positive attitude and
pro-active approach to work; asking others what might be needed
- Strong written and verbal
communication skills
- Understanding when information
you are working with is confidential and how this should be treated
- Ability to work under pressure
with conflicting deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing
demands in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in utilising MS
office tools
