After a long period of sustained growth, we are looking to
invest significantly in our Sales & Marketing team. We are now looking for
a Senior Brand & Creative Manager who has the appetite to revolutionise marketing and creativity within
the legal sector.
This will be a key and transformative role, supporting the
firm's strategic objectives by guiding a market-leading brand strategy and
identity.
This role can be based in either London or Bristol, with
regular travel to all our UK offices.

What you'll do
- Manage Osborne Clarke's brand experience and corporate
identity to ensure it supports the firm's strategic objectives, remains
distinctive in the market, and translates well across digital media.
- Develop initiatives to drive brand awareness and
engagement.
- Work closely with HR and the wider communications, brand,
and marketing teams to further develop the employer brand.
- Ensure appropriate and strategic brand consistency across
all touchpoints, using knowledge of teams and functions to enable flexibility
and effectiveness rather than a 'policing' approach.
- Take a holistic and sophisticated approach to monitoring
and optimising brand performance.
- Work closely with all areas of the firm to ensure alignment
with initiatives and strategic aims.
- Coach and manage a large team with responsibility for brand
management/development, design, and online presence/website.
- Inspire and engage the brand function to deliver high
performance across the team and remain exceptional in the marketplace.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative environment.
- Manage existing relationships with third-party agencies and
suppliers, conducting ongoing reviews and recommendations for improvement as
well as auditing our agency roster.
What we're looking for
- Significant strategic corporate brand and visual identity
experience.
- Proven track record of innovative and creative approaches
to brand and corporate identities
- Proven track record of designing and implementing a new
brand strategy in a senior brand role, monitoring effectiveness, and flexing as
appropriate.
- Experience of advising and influencing senior management.
- Able to analyse complex business challenges and formulate
brand solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to motivate and
interact with people at all levels.
- Budget management experience.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Graphic design certification/experience.
- Significant project management and effective change
management experience.
- Significant experience in managing, coaching, and
motivating teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible with the ability to
embrace and capitalise on change.
