You will primarily support Business Services hiring across Marketing, Finance, IT, Risk & Compliance and Facilities, partnering closely with stakeholders across the firm and liaising directly with candidates to ensure a seamless experience. You’ll also build hands on expertise with our applicant tracking system (Eploy) and contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance speed, consistency, and candidate experience.
