Assistant Transformation Marketing Manager (3 month fixed term contract)

We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Transformation Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Sales team on a 3 month fixed term contract, based in our Bristol.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Transformation Marketing Manager, Transformation partner leads, and respective project leaders to develop and implement marketing plans that position Osborne Clarke as transformation experts in our target markets. You will coordinate activities with sector BD managers, practice group marketing managers, and BD/marketing teams across our international firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Planning: Develop and implement integrated marketing, comms, BD plans for a small number of 3D project themes that are transforming our clients' businesses.
• Opportunity Identification: Spot and identify marketing opportunities to enhance 3D project theme marketing/BD activities.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to deliver seminars, webinars, and roundtables related to 3D project themes and OC related expertise.
• Brand and Communications: Raise the profile of Osborne Clarke's expertise through PR, media partnerships, website, and social media.
• International Collaboration: Work with the Transformation Marketing Manager and OC international network to coordinate marketing/BD activities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Content Creation: Draft, edit, and repurpose collateral/content to promote 3D project themes and OC related expertise to target markets.
• Internal Engagement: Engage internal stakeholders across OC's international network in marketing/BD activities.
• ROI Reporting: Report on return on investment.
• Project Oversight: Oversee key projects such as website and intranet page development.
• Budget Management: Ensure marketing activities are in line with budget allocation.
• Team Coordination: Work with the Transformation Marketing Manager and Transformation Assistant Manager to coordinate transformation activities and delegate tasks to junior team members.

General Duties:

• Deliver high-standard marketing advice and support to internal customers.
• Manage personal training and development.
• Perform any other duties required for the efficient operation of the marketing team.
