This includes supporting negotiations, ordering library materials, handling requests for usage data, setting up demos, arranging training dates, and clarifying pricing information and terms of use.
- Maintaining excellent library records: Keeping our library records in great shape, including updates and amendments to our library catalogue, contract management system, invoice records, intranet pages, and supplier contact information.
- Active research participation: Playing an active role in our research service to the business, responding to requests for access to resources, company searches, case/legislation requests, and news articles.
- Delivering current awareness: Creating and delivering regular current awareness alerts to fee earners and others in the business.
- Supporting library maintenance: Supporting the updating and maintenance of our hard copy materials in the main library and team libraries.
- Ensuring efficient library operations: Performing any other ancillary duties that may be required to ensure the efficient creation and operation of the Library service, including a small amount of travel to our London office (roughly monthly).
