Reservations Assistant - Plots Sales Team

We have an opportunity for a Reservations Administrative Assistant to join our Real Estate team in our Bristol office.

Key skills

• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• High attention to detail with the ability to spot errors
• Highly organised and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines and KPI's
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent team player with the flexibility to work on a wide range of tasks
• Proactive approach to workload, with the ability to work with minimum supervision
